Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a supply chain patient care materials coordinator to ensure par levels and stock availability for direct patient care. You will collaborate with Nursing Coordinators, manage inventories, and support annual budgeting with supply statistics.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Business and about two years of related experience, with supervisory experience preferred. A signing bonus may be eligible during interview processes.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience; supervisory experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of Materials Management concepts and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish par levels for daily supply requirements for direct patient care.
• Meet quarterly with Nursing Coordinator to review floor stock par levels.
• Assist in gathering information for annual supply budget and review statistics.
• Perform periodic inventories of stock supplies in designated areas.
• Interview, orient, and train Coordinators assigned to the area.
