Job summary

Cadrex is seeking a Quality Technician I to support manufacturing through process improvement and quality control. The role emphasizes applying GD&T concepts, performing dimensional verifications, and inspecting materials on receiving to ensure customer expectations are met.

You will program and operate FARO and Micro-Vu equipment, collect and analyze quality data, and help interpret manufacturing documentation on the floor. Onsite schedule is M-Th with early morning hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in metal fabrication quality control or equivalent.
• Able to read simple instructions and write basic correspondence.
• Able to present information clearly to individuals or groups.
• Basic math and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Release product for shipping with proper documentation.
• Apply basic GD&T concepts and perform dimensional verification.
• Support production with documentation interpretation and measurement techniques
• Inspect manufactured and raw materials on receiving per process
• Collect data, evaluate, and present quality metrics
• Program and operate FARO and Micro-Vu equipment
• Attend department meetings as required
