Aufgaben

• Follow all safety policies and lead by example.
• Assess production area for quality and product integrity per ASME, ITP, regulatory and company standards.
• Identify non-conforming products and determine root cause from test results.
• Verify calibration of QA equipment.
• Support Leads in production following procedures.
• Monitor and audit manufacturing conformance to standards.
• Place inventory on hold for non-conforming issues and notify Quality Manager.
• Review record documentation for completeness and corrections.
• Work knowledge in PT, Hardness readings, MT, Visual inspection.
• Understand WPS, PQR, WPQ and AWS – D1.1; ASME NBIC.
• Inspect welding activities and review test reports.
• Assist audits for ASME compliance.
• Perform receiving inspection for product identification, material requirements and MTRs.
• Document test results and prepare Non-Conformity Reports.
• Comply with company policies; use PPE.
