Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with relevant manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years in manual repair/workshop/manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Proficient with micrometers and gauges in English and metric.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble mechanical equipment and subassemblies.
• Use precision tools to evaluate parts and document inspection results.
• Interpret technical documents to identify repair needs and plan inspections.
• Calibrate and maintain measuring equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Support investigations into equipment failures and corrective actions.
• Communicate with customers and vendors about products and services.
• Participate in internal audits and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
