Job summary

David seeks an experienced Manager, On-site Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure products meet the highest quality standards on the production floor with our co-manufacturing partners. You will own quality performance, analyze processes, and drive rapid containment and corrective actions across facilities.

The role requires deep hands-on involvement on the floor, engineering problem-solving, and collaboration with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing quality or engineering.
• Strong quality mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience leading root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Ability to use data and experimentation to diagnose problems.
• Comfort on the production floor and with external partners.
• CPG/food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite quality and technical representative at co-manufacturing partners.
• Own day-to-day manufacturing quality performance.
• Develop technical understanding of processes, materials, and variation.
• Identify issues early and drive containment and corrective action.
• Lead investigations into deviations, defects, complaints, and failures.
• Design and execute plant trials to improve performance.
• Establish process controls and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across quality, yield, throughput.
