Job summary

PSG Hydro Cincinnati is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality function across manufacturing, customer, and supplier quality. You will own the site's QMS, drive data-driven improvements, and partner with engineering to embed quality planning in product development.

This onsite role requires a strong track record in quality leadership and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement. The role emphasizes proactive defect prevention, cost reduction of poor quality, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical field.
• 7+ years in Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, or Quality Systems.
• Hands-on experience with PFMEA, control plans, APQP/PPAP or equivalent quality planning methods.
• Experience with supplier quality, incoming inspection, supplier corrective actions, vendor performance improvement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cincinnati Quality team with direction, coaching, and accountability across customer, manufacturing and supplier quality.
• Own and improve the site Quality Management System including QMS records, audits, calibration, and CAPA processes.
• Drive quality performance improvements using data from complaints, RMAs, audits, and cost of quality.
• Lead customer quality processes including complaint investigations, CAR/CAPA responses, and audits.
• Partner with Engineering and NPD to embed quality planning into product development and change control.
