Job summary

PAC Worldwide seeks a Quality Manager to lead the site's Quality Assurance function and own the Quality Management System. You will drive continuous improvement, partner with Operations, Engineering, and Sales, and build a culture that emphasizes root-cause analysis and prevention.

The role requires 5+ years in quality in manufacturing, 2+ years of leadership, and strong ISO 9001 experience. You will coach the QA team, manage quality metrics, and ensure products meet customer specifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Engineering and/or Quality Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing a team of five or more employees.
• Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, manufacturing processes, root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working directly with manufacturing operations and solving quality issues in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) and maintain ISO 9001:2015 alignment.
• Drive product quality and continuous improvement; analyze data, trends, and nonconformities to implement corrective actions.
• Own the customer quality, complaints resolution, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Operations.
• Develop and lead the QA team; set expectations, training, and accountability.
• Partner across Operations, Engineering, and Sales to resolve issues and meet business objectives.
• Apply Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, and statistical tools where appropriate.
