Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Control preferred.
• ISO 9001:2015 knowledge preferred.
• Destructive testing experience preferred.
• Calibration of equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing (hardness, tensile, optical comparator, etc).
• Inspect products against blueprints and inspection sheets; record results.
• Process and maintain customer returns (RMAs).
• Issue first piece approvals for production floor.
• Conduct root cause analysis and institute corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration of measuring equipment and related records.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and verify mill cert requirements.
