Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Auburn, AL, is seeking a Quality Technician to perform QA inspections across production stages and analyze data for adherence to standards. You will support QMS processes, read complex drawings, and coordinate with SAP for documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in quality control, basic math and communication skills, and be prepared to operate in a hands-on manufacturing environment with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or a related area.
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read complex drawings and understand Bill of Materials to support manufacturing.
• Decide if parts meet drawings/specs; issue scrap tickets for non-conforming product.
• Attach inspection reports and balance records to SAP.
• Read and verify gauges used in the plant.
• Learn Zeiss CMM/Keyence machines as needed.
• Coordinate returned product through the RMA process; participate in process improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
