Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Technician II for our Indianapolis warehouse to support product quality and on-time delivery across chain, kitting, and conveying equipment. This onsite role requires 1–3 years of QA experience and familiarity with ANSI, DIN, ISO, API, ASTM standards and CAD tools like AutoCAD/SolidWorks.

You will be inspecting products, updating documentation, and guiding operators to uphold quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience in quality inspection or quality engineering.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent education required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse product modifications to ensure quality and operational standards are met.
• Monitors product quality and on-time delivery and supports corrective actions.
• Verifies product labels, specifications, and packing lists before shipment.
• Manages customer RMAs and provides weekly updates.
• Reports, red-tags, and coordinates disposal of non-conforming products.
• Completes customer quality and corrective action documentation.
• Inspects finished products before shipment as needed.
• Trains operators and reinforces standard work and quality expectations.
• Approves or rejects orders for shipment based on quality guidelines.
• Coaches operators to improve efficiency and quality awareness.
