Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Downers Grove, IL seeks a Quality Systems Compliance Manager to ensure QMS compliance with customer, FAA, AS9100, and Nadcap requirements. Lead cross-functional teams to integrate new standards and drive audits and document control across the site.

The role reports to the Director of Quality and emphasizes strategic compliance, QA/QC processes, and maintaining 3rd-party certifications in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a quality position, preferably with an Aerospace manufacturer.
• Experience with AS9100 and NADCAP standards.
• Experience with chemical processing, NDT, welding and heat treatment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects.
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal personnel, customers, suppliers and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze applicable standards and assess impact on the QMS.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for compliance and lead cross-functional teams.
• Prepare for and host customer and regulatory audits.
• Report findings and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain internal and peer audit processes to sustain 3rd-party certifications.
• Create and control QMS documents; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain library of customer and industry specifications.
• Communicate changes to the CCB and lead improvements in compliance.
• Facilitate customer and 3rd-party audits; oversee desk audits.
