Job summary

The Hiring Method, LLC seeks a Quality Engineer for its Richmond, IN facility. This 100% onsite role focuses on customer complaints, CAPAs, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement for two facilities located across from one another.

You will work with the Quality Manager, lead investigations on the manufacturing floor, and implement corrective actions with operators and engineers to strengthen quality systems and enable robust process control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of quality or engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with statistical tools (SPC, DOE) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints and CAPAs from investigation to closure.
• Lead root-cause investigations with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze quality metrics and manufacturing data to identify trends.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support on-site quality programs and audits.
