Job summary
Rehlko is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to lead incoming inspection processes and build robust inspection systems. The role covers multiple levels with compensation determined at offer based on experience, technical depth, and scope.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing quality, or incoming inspection.
- Working knowledge of SPC, MSA, root cause analysis, and corrective action.
- Onsite work in Sheboygan, WI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead incoming inspection processes and data collection.
- Implement inspection methodologies using MSA and gaging systems.
- Own the MRB process and disposition of nonconforming materials.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and cross-functional collaboration to improve quality.
- Support audits related to incoming quality and supplier controls.
