Job summary

You will operate precision measurement equipment (Torus, Versatile, Sencon), develop quality reports, identify root causes, and collaborate with production teams to uphold on-line quality and containment procedures.

Qualifications

• Vision abilities include near, distance, color, and peripheral vision, with depth perception and focus adjustment.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with and influence others.
• Root-cause identification and corrective actions.
• Ability to run reports and analyze data.
• Familiarity with basic and sophisticated measurement devices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAN DO attitude; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Take measurements and samples according to the control plan.
• Conduct tests using high-tech measurement equipment and report results.
• Monitor quality on the line and at production stages; support the team.
• Provide final approval for finished goods.
• Contain out-of-spec goods per guidelines and report to supervisor.
• Create and analyze quality reports.
• Communicate quality status and progress to the team.
• Collaborate with plant teams to ensure highest quality.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
