Job summary

Englewood Lab is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor in Totowa, NJ. The role oversees QC Associates, QC Leads and Inspectors, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards. The supervisor will coordinate inspections, manage batch records, and drive CAPA initiatives.

Onsite, full-time with potential for discretionary bonus; benefits include medical, dental, life, 401(k), PTO and holidays. Strong data analytics and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• Five+ years of industry or related experience in cosmetic, device, food, or pharma.
• Experience inspecting, auditing or manufacturing is a plus.
• Data analysis, specification development skills.
• Computer literate with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with QA/QC on quality and compliance across departments.
• Maintain knowledge of QC inspection requirements for materials and finished goods.
• Ensure review of in-process activities in Manufacturing is conformance-focused.
• Assist in training and audits; support CAPA and corrective actions.
• Support customer inspections and regulatory submissions as needed.
• Maintain and update batch records and relevant documentation.
