Job summary

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading Biopharma organization in Holly Springs, NC to identify a Quality Control Analyst. The role is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, a 12-month contract with potential extension, focusing on GMP-compliant QC testing and data integrity.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in a scientific field, has GMP experience, familiarity with GLIMS/LabWare, and a strong eye for detail in documenting results. Onsite healthcare and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• Knowledge of GMPs, laboratory documentation, and data integrity.
• Knowledge of analytical methods and related laboratory instrumentation.
• Experience with GLIMS/LabWare is required.
• Experience performing compendial testing or knowledge of USP/EP requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document laboratory testing and results.

Responsibilities

• Perform raw material compendial chemistry testing for QC samples in a GMP environment.
• Perform product release testing and chemistry-related testing for QC samples.
• Ensure GMP testing is completed accurately and in accordance with applicable SOPs and protocols.
• Review and document test results to ensure data is valid, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory procedures, GMP, safety, and data integrity requirements.
• Utilize analytical methods and related laboratory instrumentation to perform required testing.
• Participate in 6S Lean laboratory operations, preventive action, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support activities focused on improving laboratory efficiency and reducing costs.
