Russell Tobin, partnering with a leading Biopharma organization, is seeking a Quality Control Analyst for an onsite role in Holly Springs, NC. You will support QC operations, review sample plans, and ensure accurate GMP documentation while coordinating sample transport and following SOPs.

The 12-month contract emphasizes detail orientation, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards; a science degree is required, and candidates must be willing to receive a flu vaccine on-site after start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a scientific discipline required; 0+ years of industry experience accepted.
• Ability to interpret and follow SOPs and detailed written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented laboratory environment.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 80 lbs. with assistance from a team member.
• Knowledge of GMPs, safety regulations, and data integrity preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to receive a current seasonal flu vaccine; vaccination can be provided on-site after assignment begins.

Responsibilities

• Support QC laboratory operations, including running parts washers, preparing and wrapping materials, and operating autoclaves.
• Review sample plans and deliver production samples through the appropriate bulk process.
• Perform aliquoting of production materials in a Biological Safety Cabinet (BSC).
• Process incoming and outgoing laboratory shipments and coordinate QC sample transportation.
• Maintain accurate GMP documentation for all laboratory activities and follow established SOPs.
• Follow defined schedules, scientific methods, quality guidelines, and laboratory procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with QC and cross-functional teams while supporting laboratory operations and daily activities.
