Job summary

The candidate will manage audits, develop KPIs, and oversee training, with a focus on data-driven decisions and measurable results aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or related discipline preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience managing or supporting ISO 9001 QMS; certification/audit experience is preferred.
• Experience with internal auditing, document control, corrective action, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead achievement and ongoing maintenance of ISO 9001 certification, including certification, surveillance, recertification, and customer audits.
• Develop and maintain the QMS, including document and record control, policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and required quality records.
• Develop and maintain employee training and competency controls, including training requirements, matrices, records, and verification of required training.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting for quality and operational performance.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and root-cause analysis.
