Job summary

Delevan, a part of Regal Rexnord, is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day quality function and partner with Operations, Engineering, Suppliers, and Customers to strengthen systems and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will oversee a team of QA staff, drive corrective actions, and maintain calibration and lab resources to support production schedules and product quality at our onsite facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with quality systems audits and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and coaching of QA staff.
• Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar QMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of Quality Inspectors and Lab Technicians.
• Manage daily inspection and lab activities to support production and product quality.
• Ensure accurate execution of incoming, in-process, final inspection and lab testing.
• Review data, identify quality trends, implement corrective actions.
• Coach and train quality personnel to drive accountability and improvement.
