Job summary

Blue Mantis Canada is seeking an onsite QCC Technician for a 3-month contract in the Build/Configuration Centre. The role involves configuring daily orders, customizing hardware and software to client specifications, and ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and QA processes.

The candidate will interface with internal teams, follow documented procedures, and escalate issues promptly to the manager. Knowledge of computer hardware and Microsoft products is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure day-to-day orders for the build/configuration team per client instructions.
• Ensure orders are prepared and shipped per client specifications.
• Escalate technical or process issues to the manager promptly.
• Maintain QA documentation and check sheets per client and Coreio standards.
• Learn and apply new technical procedures accurately.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple internal contacts.
