Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 8+ years of software testing/QA experience
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (JIRA)
• Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (Selenium, ACCELQ)
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Must have version control experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Perform software application testing to meet project objectives and client requirements
• Write automated test scripts based on User Stories and develop testing methodologies
• Collaborate with project management, clients, and developers to ensure quality across the lifecycle
• Understand database schemas to validate test results
• Perform API testing and validate wireframes in Figma/XD
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
• Interact with clients, managers and end users to analyze capability requirements
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to support client applications
