Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) testing in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or ACCELQ.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.
• Ability to design test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases for functional, integration, regression, and automation testing.
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate application functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct cross-browser, end-to-end, and usability testing across multiple environments.
• Validate application data and business processes using SQL queries and database testing techniques.
• Maintain test documentation, test results, and quality assurance artifacts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security, quality, and testing standards.
