Accenture Flex is seeking a Data Modeler to collaborate with business representatives, data owners, end users, and architects to model current and new data in complex environments. You will be a subject matter expert, guide the team, and drive data modeling decisions to align with standards and compliance.

This role requires 80% onsite work in Pennington, NJ or Jersey City, NJ, with quarterly client-mandated time away.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT work experience.
• Software Engineer with Data Modeling, Virtualization, Data Analytics.
• Experience in Python and SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in Data Virtualization.
• Associates degree.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers and data architects to model current and new data.
• Be a subject matter expert; lead the team to make decisions and engage with multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems within the team and across teams.
• Develop and refine data models aligned with business requirements and technical standards.
• Guide less experienced colleagues and share best practices in data modeling.
• Analyze complex data structures and propose improvements to data quality and accessibility.
• Ensure data solutions meet organizational goals and compliance standards.
