Accenture Flex in the United States is looking for an experienced Data Modeler to model current and new data, collaborating with business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers and data architects to deliver data solutions that meet standards. The role requires 5+ years IT experience with Data Modeling, Virtualization, Data Analytics, Python and SQL, plus leadership to guide teams.

80% onsite in Pennington, NJ or Jersey City, NJ with client-mandated time away 5 days per

Formación

• 5+ years of IT work experience as a Software Engineer with Data Modeling, Virtualization and Data Analytics.
• Experience in Python and SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in Data Virtualization.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in QUARTZ Framework; Banking/Finance domain knowledge is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Model current and new data in collaboration with business reps, data owners, end users, application designers and data architects.
• Be a subject matter expert, guide the team, participate in key decisions, and collaborate across teams.
• Provide solutions to problems within the team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and refine data models that align with business requirements and technical standards.
• Support less experienced colleagues with data modeling best practices.
• Analyze complex data structures and propose improvements to data quality and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions meet goals and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data management processes and tools.
