Job summary

Accenture Flex offers a local fixed-duration, project-based role based in Charlotte, NC, onsite with the client three days per week. You will define data requirements, model data architectures, and collaborate across teams to drive data-driven solutions.

The role emphasizes ownership of data architecture components, guiding peers, and refining data integration strategies within a multi-team environment. A strong background in data modeling is required, with preferred experience in AI data

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Data Modeling is required.
• Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Define the data requirements and structure for the application.
• Model and design the application data structure storage and integration to ensure efficient and effective data management.
• Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Take ownership of specific data architecture components and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
• Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices in data modeling and architecture.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of data integration strategies to enhance system interoperability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex data-related challenges.
• Participate actively in solution design discussions to influence and improve data management approaches.
• This role is based in Charlotte, NC and requires being onsite with the client 3 days per week.
• There is also a 5 days away per quarter mandate by the client
