Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Purchasing Manager for our client in Broadview, IL to start immediately. This is a direct hire opportunity with a yearly salary range of $90k-$110k DOE, plus comprehensive benefits through the client.

The role oversees corporate purchasing, inventory planning, supplier management, and ERP-driven workflows. You will lead a purchasing team, optimize stock levels, control costs, and drive continuous supply chain improvements in a fully onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a purchasing setting.
• Solid grasp of procurement workflows, inventory controls, and vendor management.
• Hands-on experience operating within an ERP system.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in industrial distribution or related field is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct corporate purchasing and inventory planning for all company sites.
• Guide the purchasing team and oversee procurement workflows.
• Secure favorable vendor pricing and terms; manage freight and rebates.
• Assess supplier performance and develop strategic partnerships.
• Partner with operations, sales, and distribution to maintain optimal stock.
• Review inventory metrics and maintain stocking plans for branches.
• Facilitate ERP-driven purchasing and inventory control systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for cost savings and service.
• Coach and develop the purchasing team to improve performance.
