Job summary

True Solutions Physical Therapy in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time role in a collaborative rehabilitation center. You will assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' quality of life and independence.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, participate in community outreach, supervise support staff, and stay current with licensure and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Active Florida state license to practice is essential.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Proficient computer skills for electronic documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct examinations and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide expert consultations to other providers regarding care continuum.
