Job summary

Guidelight Health Inc. is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time onsite role in Boston. This position will involve providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic support in our Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs.

Ideal candidates should have a Master's degree in Nursing and board certification as a PMHNP-BC or Physician Assistant, along with experience prescribing medication. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Board certification in psychiatric mental health.
• Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum one year experience prescribing medication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for patients in PHP/IOP.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Provide ongoing medication management and adjustments as needed.
• Document all patient interactions in accordance with policies.
• Educate patients about mental health conditions and treatments.
