Guidelight is looking for a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Boston, MA. This part-time, onsite position involves conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and managing medication for patients in our PHP and IOP programs.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Nursing, relevant certifications, and at least one year of medication management experience. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for providing holistic patient care in a supportive environment.

Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Reports to: Executive Director
Location: 100% onsite in Brighton, MA
Schedule: This is a part‑time, fully benefits‑eligible W2 position. Clinical hours are Monday‑Friday from 9:00–2:00 EST, with one hour of rounds and one hour of direct supervision with the psychiatrist each week. Hours are expected to increase as census continues to grow.
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic support to individuals enrolled in our PHP and IOP programs. You will collaborate with other clinicians, including psychiatrists and therapists, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.
Pay Range: $64.90 USD – $96.30 USD
