Job summary

Guidelight is looking for a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Boston, MA. This part-time, onsite position involves conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and managing medication for patients in our PHP and IOP programs.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Nursing, relevant certifications, and at least one year of medication management experience. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for providing holistic patient care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Current state licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum one year of experience prescribing medication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Provide crisis intervention and support.
• Document all patient interactions and ensure compliance with standards.
