Job summary

Connections Wellness Group in Rockwall, TX seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (PMHNP or Psych PA) to deliver comprehensive psychiatric care in PHP and IOP settings. You will conduct evaluations, manage medications, and may co-facilitate group therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires on-site work, with PRN schedule and potential move to part-time or full-time based on caseload. Texas licensure and PHP/IOP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of psychiatric medication management experience.
• Experience co-facilitating therapeutic groups is preferred.
• Experience in PHP/IOP settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including patient history, mental status exams, and DSM impressions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans integrating medication management and therapy.
• Order and interpret labs and other diagnostic tests.
