Job summary

Connections Wellness Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PMHNP or Psych PA) to deliver psychiatric care in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The APP will perform evaluations, provide medication management, and co-facilitate therapy groups within a multidisciplinary team.

Requires 1+ year in psychiatric medication management, TX licensure, and willingness to work onsite at Dallas area locations.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas PMHNP license or TX PA license with psychiatry focus
• Board certification as PMHNP-BC or active NCCPA certification for PA
• 1+ years in psychiatric medication management and group therapy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and formulate DSM-based impressions
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications and monitor outcomes
• Co-facilitate PHP/IOP group therapies and contribute to group curriculum
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers and other team members
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance
