Job summary

Qualifications

• Onsite facility management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high profile tenant needs and issues.
• Serve as primary contact with property owners and prepare reports.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets.
• Forecast management plans and explain variances in monthly reports.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities and staffing schedules.
• Review rent and CAM recoveries for timely payment.
