Job summary

Alexander Forrest Investments (AFI) seeks a Property Manager to drive asset performance, NOI growth, and profitability while upholding the AFI Standard of Safe, Clean, and Disciplined communities. Training spans 6–8 weeks with a $48,000 yearly equivalent and furnished housing at training sites across markets, with potential travel during training.

After training, relocation to AFI managed assets offers a base salary of $60,000/year, 100% rent concession, and a strong bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional presentation compatible with AFI Core Values.
• Willingness to learn and work respectfully with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with additional hours as required for proper management of asset.
• Ability to solve problems involving residents, personnel, finances, equipment/maintenance issues, emergencies, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily curb appeal maintenance.
• Promote property through external marketing campaigns.
• Show properties to applicants and conduct tours.
• Build relationships with the local community.
• Manage onsite residents including rent collection, evictions, and rules enforcement.
• Prepare budgets and financial reporting.
