Job summary

Alexander Forrest Investments is seeking a Property Manager who will drive asset performance and NOI growth across AFI-managed properties. The role includes a 6–8 week training period with a base salary of $48,000/year and complimentary furnished apartment housing at training sites nationwide (MO, KS, TN, TX, etc.).

After training, relocation to a managed asset increases base to $60,000/year with 100% rent concession and a strong performance-based incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional presentation compatible with AFI Core Values.
• Willingness to learn and work respectfully with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with additional hours as required for asset management.
• Ability to solve problems involving residents, personnel, finances, maintenance issues, emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Daily oversight/maintenance of curb appeal.
• Promotion of property through outside marketing campaigns.
• Performance of showings to interested applicants.
• Relationship building in the local community.
• Management of onsite residents including rent collection and enforcement of rules.
• Budget management and financial reporting.
