Job summary

Trandon Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Onsite Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a condominium/cooperative on Long Island. You will be the main contact for residents, the Board, vendors, and staff to ensure professional management and financial soundness.

Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, capital projects, budgeting, vendor contracts, risk management, and inspections while coordinating move-ins/move-outs and resident communications.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a condominium/cooperative property.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Financial acumen with budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the condominium/cooperative community.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and management company.
• Oversee maintenance, capital projects, preventative maintenance, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate service requests and ensure timely resolution of resident concerns.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating budgets, review invoices, and oversee expenditures.
• Attend Board, annual, and committee meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, rules, local regulations, and safety requirements.
• Supervise onsite staff including maintenance personnel, porters, concierge, and contractors.
