ECI Group is seeking a dynamic Service Technician to join our onsite team. You will handle resident service requests, perform maintenance across apartments and common areas, and assist with safety and weather-related repairs to ensure our properties meet high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience in multi-unit property management.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and energy management systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests via online ticketing system on a timely basis while providing fantastic customer service.
• Perform or assist in all phases of apartment and property maintenance including make-readies, walking vacant units, groundskeeping, punch-out work, trash-out, maintaining the swimming pool and golf carts, and interior and exterior repairs.
• Assist in the upkeep of the exterior and interior of the property.
• Assist the Service Manager with health and safety issues by identifying and reporting potential hazards, liability and safety concerns, and unresolved maintenance issues.
• Assist with efforts to prevent, mitigate and repair damage from severe weather events.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment and ability to operate them in a safe manner.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, ADA, OSHA and other regulations affecting the maintenance of the property.
