Job summary

ECI Group is seeking a dynamic Service Technician to join our onsite community team, performing maintenance and service work to uphold our standards of operational excellence. You will ensure residents’ comfort and safety while contributing to a safe and well-maintained property.

Responsibilities include handling service requests, making-readies, unit walks, and routine upkeep of exterior/interior spaces, pool and equipment, with a focus on health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 2+ years of general maintenance experience in multi-unit property management preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and energy management systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests via online ticketing system and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform or assist in all phases of apartment and property maintenance including make-readies, unit walks, groundskeeping, punch-out, trash-out, pool and golf cart upkeep, and interior/exterior repairs.
• Assist in property upkeep both exterior and interior.
• Report potential hazards, liability and safety concerns to Service Manager and help address health and safety issues.
• Assist with weather-related damage prevention, mitigation and repair.
• Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, ADA, OSHA and other regulations.
