ECI Group is seeking a dynamic Service Technician to join our onsite community team. The role focuses on maintenance, safety, and resident comfort with an emphasis on service quality and teamwork.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of general maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing knowledge, and the ability to work weekends and on-call shifts. ECI Group offers a supportive environment with growth opportunities and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience on multi-unit properties.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems.
• Willingness to work weekends and on-call shifts.
• Attention to safety, ADA and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests via ticketing system with strong customer service.
• Perform make-readies, unit turnover, groundskeeping and repairs.
• Assist in exterior/interior upkeep and safety reporting.
• Support health, safety and weather-damage mitigation efforts.
• Operate maintenance tools safely and follow company policies.
