Job summary

ECI Group is seeking a dynamic Service Technician to join our onsite team. You will handle resident service requests, perform maintenance for apartments and common areas, and help ensure safety and operational standards across our properties.

A valid driver's license, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems are essential. You’ll work with the Service Manager on safety issues, weather-related repairs, and property upkeep while upholding our core

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of general maintenance experience in multi-unit property management.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and energy management systems.
• Willingness to work weekends and on-call shifts when needed.
• Regular and predictable attendance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests via ticketing system and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform or assist in apartment and property maintenance including make-readies, groundskeeping, punch-out work, and interior/exterior repairs.
• Assist with exterior/interior upkeep of the property and safety compliance.
• Support health, safety issues by reporting hazards and unresolved maintenance concerns.
• Assist with weather-related damage prevention and repairs.
