Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for Fox Hill Glens Apartments in Grand Blanc, MI. The role requires 2+ years in multifamily leasing, handling renewals and resident retention, with Yardi preferred. Base pay is $18/hour, plus commissions up to $100 per renewal and per rental.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience.
• Experience handling lease renewals and resident retention.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a soft credit review.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing activities for a multifamily community.
• Process lease renewals and focus on resident retention.
• Coordinate property tours and applicant screening.
