Job summary

Monarch is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join Fox Hill Glens Apartments in Grand Blanc, Michigan. This 322-unit conventional community requires strong leasing experience and a commitment to resident retention.

You will work onsite Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays, earning $18.00 per hour plus up to $100 per renewal and up to $100 per rental. Benefits include health insurance, 401k matching, and paid time off.

Yardi experience is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required.
• Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention.
• Yardi experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a soft credit review.
