Job summary

Beach Front Property Management, Inc. in Inglewood, CA is seeking a part-time Key Holder to support administrative functions and maintenance at the property. The role focuses on keeping the grounds and common areas in excellent condition while coordinating with residents and vendors.

The position requires live-on-site availability, 3–5 hours per week, and a pay rate of $18.42 per hour. Housing is available as an onsite 1 bed/1 bath apartment discount.

Qualifications

• Comfortable performing daily cleaning indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to operate hand tools and grounds care equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provides care for grounds including watering flowers and shrubbery.
• Rakes gravel leaves and grass trimmings off sidewalks and paths.
• Maintains grounds keeping equipment.
• Continually inspect property and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Maintain courteous communication with employees, residents and vendors.
• Replaces burned out light bulbs and performs basic maintenance.
• Follows all safety rules and contributes to team effort.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
