About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Property Attendant who is a committed team player, flexible in completing multiple hotel responsibilities including general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties. This position will live onsite and oversee the property after hours, performing a wide variety of tasks.

Primary Duties:

• Maintenance: Managing work orders, performing light electrical, plumbing, preventative maintenance, janitorial work, parking lot upkeep, drywall repair, painting, caulking, etc.
• Inventory: Managing maintenance supplies and tools, placing orders as needed.
• Housekeeping: Preparing rooms for housekeeping, including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Following property emergency protocols to ensure security.
• Guest Services: Assisting with guest check-in/out during after-hours, providing excellent customer service.
• On Call Needs: Being available overnight for guest needs.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, twisting for long periods.
• Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
