Dining Attendant, Riverbend

Opportunity

Our Riverbend team leads a members-only club offering golf, dining, lodging, and spa benefits in a 16th-century English Tudor-style mansion overlooking the Sheboygan River.

Responsibilities include:

1. Answer guest requests and review the menu.
2. Take food and beverage orders from guests and accurately enter into Point of Sale (POS) system.
3. Process payment transactions.
4. Retrieve and clear carts and trays upon request.
5. Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
6. Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
7. Serve food and beverages per guest requests.
8. Assist with stocking and maintaining par stock levels and side stations.
9. Help monitor and clean hotel hallways and service areas.
10. Assist in delivering, setting up, and organizing amenities for guest rooms.

We have Full-Time & Seasonal opportunities available, working weekdays and weekends. Typical shifts vary between 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Previous experience as a server is preferred.
• The employee must be able to frequently lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
