**About the Role:**

Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Property Attendant who is a team player and flexible in completing various hotel responsibilities, including preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties. This position is onsite and involves overnight on-call duties to oversee the property after hours.

**Primary Duties:**

• Maintenance: Managing work orders, performing light electrical and plumbing tasks, janitorial work, parking lot upkeep, drywall repair, painting, etc.
• Inventory: Managing maintenance supplies and tools.
• Housekeeping: Preparing rooms, removing linens and trash, moving furniture.
• Emergency Procedures: Following emergency protocols and ensuring security.
• Guest Services: Checking in/out guests during after-hours and addressing guest needs.
• On Call Needs: Being available overnight for guest needs.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

**Physical Requirements:**

• Climbing stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
