Job summary

Acuren is recruiting a Project Superintendent to support operations in Borger, TX and Sunray, TX. The role focuses on inspection, safety and quality, reporting to the Division Manager, and overseeing all crews on site.

Responsibilities include compliance with safety, QA and radiation safety standards, contract maintenance, and KPI delivery to the client, with an emphasis on coordinating activities and maintaining project schedules and workmanship quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' inspection industry experience.
• Hold industry related certifications and licenses.
• Mechanical integrity experience required.
• Certified or previously certified in NDT methods.
• Experience with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Works on client sites indoors and outdoors.
• Maintains daily log of site operations for management.
• Leads site meetings with clients, vendors, inspectors, staff.
• Oversees materials, schedules, staffing, and equipment.
• Manages scope, change orders and coordinates with management.
• Coordinates with crews and other contractors onsite.
• Motivates and delegates to meet schedules while ensuring quality.
• Oversees site safety management.
• Participates in performance reviews of site personnel.
