Terrestris seeks a Project Manager to lead the Instructors, Training Support, and Technology-Based Instruction contract for the WHCA J7 at JBAB, Washington, DC. This full-time, on-site role runs 40 hours weekly, core hours 0800–1500, Monday through Friday.

You will manage the PMO, oversee daily performance, personnel, and deliverables, maintain SLAs, and report to the COR. The position is contingent on contract award.

Qualificações

• TS/SCI with PSD eligibility required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of prior relevant experience as a Project Manager.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience supervising employees.
• Experience leading people and managing large cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop strategies to mitigate issues and risks.
• Ability to work on-site during core hours at the WHCA Training Academy (WTA).
• An Associate's Degree or higher is preferred; 5+ years of DoD PM experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the on-site Program Management Office at the WHCA Training Academy during core hours.
• Oversee daily performance, scheduling, personnel, administrative operations, resources, and deliverables for the contract.
• Communicate daily with the COR to resolve issues meeting service level agreements.
• Manage and resolve complaints and grievances from contractor personnel.
• Develop and maintain the Contract Management Plan and Project Management Plan.
• Create and update the Contract Personnel Staffing Plan for required coverage.
• Prepare Monthly Fill Rate and Staffing Level Reports to the Government.
• Deliver Weekly Activity Reports and Monthly Status Reports detailing program performance.
• Identify and report on cost, schedule, and performance risks to the Government.
• Attend monthly Financial Management Reviews and quarterly In-Progress reviews.
