Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 3+ years of project management experience in electronics/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Strong analytical skills for complex problem solving in low-standardization environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for product development programs.
• Provide technical leadership across cross-functional and global teams.
• Serve as primary interface with Program Management for updates on status, schedules, and risks.
• Plan and lead internal meetings to track progress and maintain schedule alignment.
• Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate resource needs to maintain timelines and mitigate delays.
• Ensure alignment with financial targets, including product costing and scope management.
• Apply Design for Manufacturability principles throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee capacity planning to meet forecasted demand.
• Establish systems for product ordering and manufacturing readiness.
