Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager for mission-critical construction projects onsite, partnering with Superintendents and trade partners to resolve challenges in real time. You will have full visibility into daily field operations and manage the financial, contractual, and administrative sides of the project.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, safety, quality, procurement, and contracts while coordinating with design teams to keep long-lead equipment

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of construction PM experience with a general contractor.
• Experience working onsite with field teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Maintain a consistent onsite presence and stay connected to daily field operations.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to manage safety, quality, sequencing, and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and project stakeholders.
• Lead onsite meetings and manage budgets, forecasting, and change orders.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Identify field challenges early and drive timely solutions.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers onsite.
